I would give a 6 if I could, I felt very welcome and safe, not judgemental. The care from crisis is second to none. You know you can ring them whenever, they listen brilliantly, I felt I could tell them anything without judgement. The whole experience couldn't be faulted. They do a fantastic job. I have recommended them to lots of people.

Food is good and the bedroom was good.

I would like better windows.
I don’t like the floor and I don’t mind having a carpet.
There are no mobile activities,we’re just sitting like this like weaving a basket,playing chase or dominoes,it keeps our mind occupied ,cards,snakes and ladders
To have competition to create interest ,there’s a lot you can do than just sit here doing nothing.
If artists can come in we have pictures with them ,divide groups into two and do some activities.Painting competitions like painting a cat ,dog,or farm.drawing competitions.
